Members of the Community,
Would you or your business like to make an impact on the life of a child? Children in the foster care system need someone on their side, speaking up for them. They are the innocent victims in a situation beyond their control. CASA is their voice. We recruit, train and support community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the Jefferson County Family Courts.
The program relies on grants, fundraising, and tax-deductible charitable donations from individuals and businesses in order to meet the financial needs of the program. Since its foundation in 2012, CASA of Jefferson County has been actively working to establish the revenue needed to make this possible. CASA is a 501c-3 non-profit charity and Champions for Children Charity which allows donors to receive additional tax credit for 50% of qualified contributions. We are currently seeking sponsors to help fund our program. All sponsorships will receive recognition on our website and in local newspaper publications.
